Diet.

Getting hungry at this hour is sucha no-no thingy fo' me cause me is on a strict diet given to me by myself (LOL!) so nowadays i dont take food after 6pm and i'll usually survive on water/soya bean to make myself full. If i really cannot stand th hunger, i'll take fruits.


I realise it really requires alot of determination and motivation cause its really tempting to eat whenever i see food so i'll usually remind myself  "No eating after 6pm~~ If all th k-idols can do it, why cant i?" thats how i motivate myself (pretty stupid i know). To be honest it gets pretty tiring at times stopping myself to eat but then again we are only humans so i actually allowed myself to eat whatever i want only on sunday. Hahahah.

Crazy, i'm going crazy~ but i thank god fo' my strong mentallity and i'm really thankful fo' th 2 wonderful gurlzfriends of mine cause they never fail to put a smile across my face whenever i'm down. Thankyousomuch kuey & ling! Give me bully yall more hao bu haozxzx? Hahahahah!
